The service was good. Janey was responsive and helpful in itirating the design. Thank you for that.  However, the quality of the boxes were poor. The lid to close the box was not optimal and the boxes ripped while attempting to unlock the seal.  Also, the box colours were cheaply done. I ordered customized boxes in yellow and red colours, however, there were patches of white on the boxes. The colour spread was uneven and cheaply done.  Quality：It would be helpful to ALWAYS put the best foot forward. When sending samples, send out quality samples. It is a sign of respect and good business to be considerate of the customer's time and money.
